The gallery "Na Uyutnoy" was located in a very cozy, but not very passable place, and very far from the bustle of the city. To survive, it was necessary to become, as they say, "on the ears", i.e. to be clowns.

Ladies began to visit the gallery, and the respected Nelya Osipovna Kalestru appeared. This was my first meeting with her. Her hair was dyed purple, which was very extravagant for that time! When she said how old she was, I remember it seemed to me that she was the age of my mother. Now, I think no one really knew how old she was, and was it necessary?

At that time, she ran a pharmacy at the very end of the village of Kotovsky, and I once visited it on an official visit.

Her first words in the gallery were that she does not like women, and the second was that she wants me to paint her portrait. Of course, I painted the portrait, in the same lilac tone, and now I am thinking about its fate.

A club began to emerge in the gallery, the Club of Business Women "LADY." The first members of the club included Galina Blazhievskaya, Nelya Kalestru, Natalia Baklanova, Alla Bychkovskaya, and Tanyusha Stamikova.

Also, at first, the Savitsky couple, who lost their position at the Black Sea Shipping Company, Ira Ivanova and others joined us. I organized a presentation of the club at the same time as the opening of our second gallery on April 7, 1993 - Morskaya on French Boulevard at the Filatov Institute.

It was fun, and for many, useful for business. It seems to me, especially for Nelya, that she used the opportunity to the fullest extent.

Галерея «На Уютной» була розташована в дуже затишному, але не дуже прохідному місці, і дуже далеко від міської суєти. Щоб вижити, потрібно було стати, як то кажуть, «на вуха», тобто бути клоунами.

Галерею почали відвідувати дами, з'явилася шанована Неля Осипівна Калестру. Це була моя перша зустріч з нею. Її волосся було пофарбоване у фіолетовий колір, що було дуже екстравагантно на той час! Коли вона сказала, скільки їй років, пам'ятаю, мені здалося, що вона ровесниця моєї матері. Тепер, я думаю, ніхто насправді не знав, скільки їй років, і чи було це потрібно?

Тоді вона тримала аптеку в самому кінці села Котовського, і якось я був у ній з офіційним візитом.

Перші її слова в галереї були, що вона не любить жінок, а другі — вона хоче, щоб я намалював її портрет. Звичайно, я намалював портрет, у тому ж бузковому тоні, і зараз думаю про його долю.

У галереї почав виникати клуб «Клуб ділових жінок «ЛЕДІ». Першими членами клубу були Галина Блажиєвська, Неля Калестру, Наталія Бакланова, Алла Бичковська, Танюша Стамікова.

Також спочатку до нас приєдналося подружжя Савицьких, які втратили посаду в Чорноморському пароплавстві, Іра Іванова та інші. Я організував презентацію клубу одночасно з відкриттям нашої другої галереї 7 квітня 1993 року - Морської на Французькому бульварі в інституті Філатова.

Це було весело, а для багатьох корисно для бізнесу. Мені здається, особливо Нелі, що вона використала нагоду на повну.
