We were preparing for an exhibition at the Art Gallery on Korolenko Street.
Preparation for the large-scale exhibition "Made in Odessa" at the museum on Korolenko was very serious. It was important for us to declare ourselves first of all.
I cannot help but note the excellent qualities of the organizer-curator of the exhibition Boris Lukin.
We ordered a film made by V. Maliarenko and Victoria Maliarenko. At the time, Victoria Maliarenko, now Uta Kilter, was one of the most famous art critics in Odesa. I am pleased that Uta began her career in the gallery "On Uyutnoy."
On January 17, the exhibition "Made in Odessa" opened in the premises of the Russian Art Museum.
" Art in English means art, and "studio" in Latin means I study. If we substitute the difficult-to-translate word "business" in the name instead of a hyphen, then we will probably get a fairly accurate definition of the gallery's activities: I study the business of art."
"The super task of the exhibition policy of "Art Studio" is to show all Odessa artists, regardless of their faces, directions, and even the relative level of skill. That is why the organizers came up with a somewhat pompous name - the super exhibition "Made in Odessa"
The gallery expects that the current exhibition is the first of a series of subsequent (group and personal), united under the same motto. The stated goal naturally determines both the advantages and disadvantages of the exhibition. There are many works that deserve the highest praise. Suffice it to say that our museum is interested in acquiring some of the paintings."

Ми готувалися до проведення виставки у Картинній галереї на вулиці Короленка.
Підготовка до великомасштабної виставки «Зроблено в Одесі» у музеї на Короленка була дуже серйозною. Для нас було важливо заявити насамперед про себе.
Не можу не відзначити чудових якостей організатора-куратора виставки Бориса Лукіна.
Ми замовили фільм, який зробили В.Маляренко та Вікторія Маляренко. На той час Вікторія Маляренко, зараз Ута Кільтер, один із найвідоміших арт критиків Одеси. І мені приємно те, що розпочинала свою діяльність Ута саме у галереї "На Уютной".
17 січня відкрилася виставка «Зроблено в Одесі» у приміщенні Російського художнього музею.
«Арт- англійською означає мистецтво, «студіо» латиною – вчуся. Якщо в назві замість дефісу підставити слово «бізнес», що важко перекладається, то, ймовірно, ми отримаємо досить точне визначення діяльності галереї: навчаюсь бізнесу мистецтва».
«Понад завдання виставкової політики «Арт-студіо» показувати всіх одеських художників, незважаючи на особи, напрямки та навіть відносний рівень майстерності. Тому організатори і вигадали дещо пишну назву – супервиставка «Зроблено в Одесі».
Галерея розраховує, що нинішня виставка – перша із серії наступних (групових та персональних), об'єднаних під тим самим девізом. Поставлена мета закономірно визначає і переваги та недоліки експозиції. Чимало робіт, які заслуговують на найвищу оцінку. Досить сказати, що у придбанні деяких полотен зацікавлений наш музей.»
